1. Shipping details:
As we use a delivery company after successfully placing your order on our website your package will be delivered within a stipulated timeframe of 1-3 working days. The driver attached to your area will contact you to arrange a delivery time and date with you at what is most convenient. When your package arrives, you have the option of paying via cash or linx upon delivery unless an alternative payment option eg. Online Bank Transfer was selected when you placed your order with us.
2.Return policy:
If you are not completely happy with your purchase you can return it for a full refund or exchange it for another, whether identical or not. You have up to 48 hours from the date you purchased the merchandise to return it. Any goods returned must be in the same condition in which it was received, as well as in it's original packaging. If not the return will be null and void and a replacement will be issued. Please keep your receipt. Our Return policy does not apply for any cosmetic items, fragrances or perishable items.
3.Notice of Warranty:
On the date of purchase, the goods you purchased are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials. If the products are manufacturer defective they will be fixed or replaced at the vendor's discretion. Three months warranty is given on manufacture defects of products purchased from date of purchase.
