Refund policy
General Notice:
A warranty is a form of guarantee given by a manufacturer or other similar entity guaranteeing the condition of their product. It also refers to the conditions and circumstances under which repairs or exchanges will be done if the product does not function as claimed or intended. Return policies are the regulations that a shop establishes to govern how customers return and exchange undesired products. A return policy informs customers about what things can be returned and why, as well as the duration during which returns are allowed.

Notice of Warranty
On the date of purchase, the goods you purchased are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials. If the products are defective, they will be fixed or replaced at the vendor’s discretion, free of charge, upon return to the vendor within the allowed Three or Six months (as stipulated on the invoice) warranty period from the date of purchase, subject to sufficient evidence of purchase from the vendor and date of purchase.
This warranty is only valid for manufacturer defects of products purchased and is null and void if the goods have been tampered with or damaged. A manufacturer defect occurs when something goes wrong during the manufacturing process which includes;
Incorrect installation or assembly- this occurs when the product was assembled incorrectly by error during manufacturing.
Improperly machined or manufactured parts- error when making the product.
This warranty supersedes all other express or implied warranties and assurances, including but not limited to matters of quality, fitness for purpose, and merchantability, and the vendor accepts no liability, under any circumstances, for any consequential damage or losses suffered by anyone as a result from using or being unable to use the goods.
Simply return the goods to the Vendor if a warranty is applicable.
Return Policy
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can exchange it for another, whether identical or not within the stipulated period of 48 hours from date of purchase, returns and refunds will occur when we have collected the product. Products to be exchanged or refunded must be in it’s original packaging and should not have been used or hampered with, if your product has a manufactured defect you are also eligible for a return.
All Fragrances Are Not Returnable or Refundable Unless of damages incurred before delivery or leakage
For any refund or returns issued please note your delivery fee is nun-refundable, customers are also responsible for covering the delivery fee attached to any replacement or exchange that has been issued.
You have up to 48 hours from the date you purchased the merchandise to return it.
Any goods returned must be in the same condition in which it was received, as well as in its original packing. If not, the return will be null and void, and just a replacement will be issued.
Please note any item purchased for the purpose of consumption such as food, oral item and body products inclusive but not limited to cosmetics cannot be returned or refunded.
